The Social Services Coordinator/Band Representative is responsible for overseeing the Child and Family Services department ensuring that the best interests of the children in all court proceedings pertaining to Child Welfare matters is undertaken.  She is also responsible for providing direction, coaching and case supervision in all matters pertaining to child welfare protection services ensuring alignment to Aamjiwnaang First Nation’s policies and procedures as well as the legal framework of the Child and Family Services Act.
