Support Services:
Breastfeeding Support: We have trained staff who can help support breastfeeding moms.
FASD Prevention: Information is provided throughout the year regarding prevention of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder.
Home Visits: The home visiting program uses a family centered model that ensures pregnant women and families, who live on Aamjiwnaang First Nation, have access to supports that reflect their values, priorities, strengths, and preferences. Families and home visitors are equal partners in working together towards a common goal. We help families to link to our partners that provide services to Aamjiwnaang First Nation community members that live off reserve.
